Prerequisites & Requirements
- WWA Customer Account
The WWA commercial platform sends essential transactional email communications to confirm purchases, deliver subscription updates, notify you of license provisioning, and assist with password resets.
Transactional Email Types
- Welcome & Account Creation: Sent upon merchant registration with account access links.
- Order & Payment Confirmation: Dispatched when payment is confirmed via Stripe webhooks.
- Subscription Renewals & Cancellations: Sent upon annual billing renewals or auto-renewal cancellations.
- License Provisioning: Dispatched when your commercial Pro license is created.
- Payment Failures: Dispatched if a renewal or initial checkout payment fails.
Note: Transactional emails are non-marketing operational notices. WWA does not send marketing newsletters or promotional bulk emails.
