Prerequisites & Requirements
- Clean phone number capable of receiving SMS/Voice call
The phone number connected to Meta Cloud API must not be actively registered on an existing WhatsApp consumer or WhatsApp Business mobile app. If currently registered on a mobile phone, delete the account in the WhatsApp app settings prior to adding it to Meta Cloud API.
